摘要
以热电厂锅炉汽轮机优化软件为基础,再辅以锅炉设计变化数据与特性曲线,共同搭建可优化调度的数学模型;通过引入优化算法,剖析汽轮机的优化调整策略;针对所有影响调度的相关因素,采取相应的解决方案。实现了热电厂锅炉汽轮机的系统节能,降低原材料的消耗,同时提升了热效能。
On the basis of optimization software for the boiler steam turbine of the thermal power plant, coupled with the design changing data and characteristic curves of boilers, the mathematical model for scheduling optimization was jointly set up;With the introduction of optimization algorithm, the optimization and adjustment strategy of steam turbines was analyzed;for all related factors affecting the scheduling, the corresponding solutions were adopted. And then, the systemic energy saving of boiler steam turbine system in the thermal power plant was realized, and the consumption of raw materials was reduced, at the same time, the thermal efficiency was increased.
