摘要 6^#制氧机液氧泵频发停机故障,导致故障的原因分别为变频器内部过热,变频器三相输出不平衡,控制回路故障,过流保护动作。通过采取更换新型变频器,对变频器控制参数进行优化改进,更换控制回路输入信号电缆的措施,减少了故障的发生,提高了6^#制氧机的运行稳定性。 For the frequent outage faults of 6^# oxygenerator liquid oxygen pump, the reasons leading to these faults included the internal overheating of frequency converters, the imbalance three-phase output of frequency converters, the faults of control circuit and the over-current protection action, and through adopting the new-type frequency converter, optimizing and improving its control parameters, and changing the input signal cable of control circuits, the occurrence of faults was reduced, and the operation stability of 6^# oxygen generator was improved.
