摘要
空分装置生产过程中,运转设备空压机、氧压机、氮压机等在压缩过程中产生较大的热量,净化系统再生过程需大量的热量,通过进行余热回收节能项目的改造,利用氮压机所产生的热量用于分子筛的再生。余热回收节能项目实施后,可节约用电率65.7%,年可节约用电量2 106 300 kW·h,节约用电费用126万元左右。
In the production process of air separation devices, there is much heat generated in the compression processes of air compressor, oxygen compressor and nitrogen pressure machine, while the regeneration process of purification system needs a lot of heat, and so through reformation of waste heat recovery project, the heat generated by nitrogen compressors was used to carry out the regeneration of molecular sieve. After this energy saving project was implied, the save electricity rate was 65.7%, the annual power consumption was 2106300 kWh, and the electricity cost of 1.26 million yuan was saved.
