Study on the Efficiency Improvement of TRT Generator’s Coolers

通过对TRT机组油冷却器、空气冷却器结构、运行环境进行分析,找出冷却器效率低的原因,采取了从源头抓起提高进入冷却器的水质和加装发电机散热口的措施,提高了TRT机组冷却器的效率。

through analysis on the structure and running environment of oil cooler and air cooler in TRT unit, the reasons for the low efficiency of coolers were found out, and series of measures, including the quality improving of water entering the cooler and the installation of generator radiator, were taken, and then the efficiency of TRT unit coolers was improved.
