基于耦合协调度的建设用地扩张与城市化发展研究——以上海-杭州湾城市群为例

Study on Expansion of Construction Land and Urbanization Based on Coupling Coordination: A Case Study of Shanghai-Hangzhou Bay Metropolitan Region

本研究以上海-杭州湾城市群为例,建立建设用地扩张和人口-经济-社会城市化评价指标体系,对该地区1994-2015年间4个不同时期的城市化水平进行综合评价并采用耦合协调度模型,定量地揭示了上海-杭州湾城市群建设用地扩张与人口-经济-社会城市化之间的关系,结果表明:研究区城市化的综合水平在空间上具有较大的差异,建设用地扩张与人口-经济-社会城市化的耦合协调度整体上有了一定提高,但在同步性整体上有待改善。

Taking Shanghai-Hangzhou Bay Metropolitan Region as an example, this research establishes the index system of built-up land expansion and demographic-social-economic urbanization, and analyzes the comprehensive level of each aspect from 1994 to 2015 in this region. Coupling coordination degree model is then used to quantitatively reveal the relationship between built-up land expansion and demographic-social-economic urbanization in Shanghai-Hangzhou Bay. The results show that the comprehensive level of urbanization in the study area has a large spatial difference. The overall degree of coupling between the expansion of construction land and population-economy-society urbanization has been somewhat improved, but the overall synchronization needs to be improved.
