标准化病人运用于中医考试的系统评价

Systematic assessment ofusing standardized patient in the traditional Chinese medicine examination

背景:标准化病人运用于中医考试的质量目前无评估。目的:评估研究质量。方法:以“标准化病人”“考试”和“中医”为关键词在全文搜索万方,以“traditional Chinese medicine”“standardized patient”和“exam”为关键词全文搜索PubMed,进行COSMIN清单评估。结果:纳入9个研究,研究评分较低。结论:本研究运用的COSMIN清单对于将来研究的设计、实施和报告的提高,可以起到指导作用。

Background: There is no evaluation on the quality of standardized patients used in TCM examination. Objectives: To evaluate the quality of research. Methods: Wanfang was searched in full text with the keywords of "standardized patient","examination" and "traditional Chinese *medicine" PubMed was searched in full text with the keywords of "standardized patient" and "exam", and COSMIN list was evaluated. RESULTS: Nine studies were included, and the research score was low. CONCLUSION: The list of COSMI Ns used in this study can play a guiding role in the design, implementation and improvement of future research reports.
