72名本科见习护士心理状态调查及应对措施干预探究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:调查本科见习护士的心理状态,探讨有效的应对措施。方法:采用心理自量表对72名本科见习护士进行问卷调查,分析本科见习护士心理状况。结果:本科见习护士症状、抑郁及焦虑评分均明显高于中国常模(均P<0.05);本科见习护士中5.56%患有抑郁,43.06%患有焦虑。结论:本科见习护士心理健康水平低于正常水平,应采取有效应对措施干预,创造良好的工作氛围,改善其心理状态,提高工作质量。 Objective: To investigate the psychological status of undergraduate probationary nurses and explore effective countermeasures.Methods:72 undergraduate probationary nurses were investigated by self-rating psychological scale,and their psychological status was analyzed. Results: The scores of symptoms,depression and anxiety of undergraduate probationary nurses were significantly higher than those of the Chinese norm (all P<0.05);5.56% of undergraduate probationary nurses suffered from depression and 43.06% suffered from anxiety .Conclusion: The mental health level of undergraduate probationary nurses is below the normal level. Effective measures should be taken to intervene, create a good working atmosphere,improve their psychological status and improve the quality of work.
