摘要
目的为了评价沿海地区食物中毒主要感染来源,减少相关事件及疫情发生,做好科学防控,本研究分析一起食物中毒事件原因及感染来源,提出防控措施建议。方法 2017-09-16疾控中心专业技术人员对某酒店婚宴就餐人员食物中毒事件中出现腹痛、腹泻等症状的患者开展流行病学调查,通过描述流行病学方法开展分析,确定可疑餐次及可疑食品,采集可疑食物、工作人员和病例等标本进行实验室检测。结果共搜索到38例患者,符合病例定义者27例,主要是腹泻(100%)和腹痛(92.59%)等症状。在2份病例粪便标本及1份蚶子原料、1份凉拌蚶子中检出副溶血性弧菌O3∶K6血清型,且具有同源性。结论该事件为一起副溶血性弧菌引起的婚宴食物中毒事件。
OBJECTIVE To evaluate the main sources of food poisongning in coastal areas,reduce the occurrence of related incidents and epidemics,and do a good job of scientific prevention and control,this study analyzes the cause of a food poisoning incident and the source of infection,and puts forward the suggestion of prevention and control measures.METHODS On September 16,2017,professional technicians of the CDC carried out epidemiological investigations on patients with abdominal pain,diarrhea,and other symptoms in the incident involving food poisoning among wedding diners in a certain hotel.By describing the epidemiological methods,number of meals and suspicious foods were determined,specimens such as suspicious food,staff,and cases were collected for laboratory examination.RESULTS A total of 38 cases were found,27 of whom met the definition of cases,mainly diarrhea(100%)and abdominal pain(92.59%).Vibrio parahaemolyticus O3∶K6 serotype was detected in 2 cases fecal specimens and 1 chowder raw material and 1 chowder,and they were homologous.CONCLUSION The incident was a food poisoning incident caused by Vibrio parahaemolyticus.
