提高钎头在坚硬强磨蚀性矿岩凿岩中使用寿命的探讨与实践

摘要 矿岩性质是凿岩效率和成本的关键制约因素,延长钎头寿命是提高凿岩效率、降低成本的有效措施。针对钎头在坚硬强磨蚀性矿岩凿岩中使用寿命普遍较低的问题,提出了提高钎头在坚硬强磨蚀性矿岩凿岩中使用寿命的途径和方法:一是改进钎头体型设计,优化结构参数,提高合金有效利用率;二是采用科学正确的钎头修磨方法。 The properties of ore-rock are the key restraining factors for rock drilling efficiency and cost, extending the bit life is an effective measure to improve rock drilling efficiency and reduce cost. In view of the problem that the service life of the bit is generally short in hard and strongly abrasive rock drilling, therefore the ways and methodstoimprove the service life of thebit in hard and strongly abrasive rock drilling were proposed: the first is to improve the design of the bit body shape, and optimize the structural parameters, further toimprove the effective utilization rate of alloy;the second is to use the scientific and correct bit grinding method.
