Justice and Care:Interpretation to the Value Orientation of Teacher Morality

摘要 教师道德既是一个重要的理论问题,也是一个紧迫的现实问题。从正义与关怀的视角探讨教师道德的价值取向,有助于深化对教师道德的认识和提升教师道德水平。正义是人类追求的重要价值,关怀是仁爱关系的集中体现.两者都应成为教师道德的重要价值取向。通过对教师正义和关怀的具体与普遍、情感与理性、关系与自主的辩证分析,可知教师道德既需要正义,也需要关怀;在教育实践中要促进这两种教师道德价值取向的融通。 Teacher morality is an important theoretical issue, as well as an urgent reality problem. From the perspective of justice and care, exploring the value orientation of teacher morality is helpful to understand the issue and improve the level of teacher morality. Justice as the important value pursued by human beings, and care as the concentrated expression of benevolent relationship are the important value orientation of teacher morality. Through the dialectical analysis of teacher justice and teacher care from the aspects of specificity and universality ,emotion and rationality, relationship and autonomy, it shows that not only justice but also care are the necessary value orientation. In educational practice, it should promote the integration of such two moral value orientation.
