Experience of WANG Mingyue Self-designed Precocious Prescription in the Treatment of Sexual Precocity

目的:总结导师王明月教授治疗性早熟的经验。方法:通过整理王明月教授多年来治疗性早熟的临床验案,系统归纳并阐述王明月教授治疗性早熟的临证经验和学术观点。结果:王明月教授认为,本病病位主要在肝肾,肾阴不足不能制阳,相火偏亢,阴虚火旺,故致此病,治以滋肾阴,清肝热为主,辅以柔肝。附验案2则。结论:导师王明月教授对该病的独到见解及明显疗效为小儿性早熟的治疗提供了思路。

Objective: To summarize the experience of my tutor professor WANG Mingyue in the treatment of precocious puberty. Methods by sorting out the clinical experience of professor WANG Mingyue in the treatment of precocious puberty for many years, the clinical experience and academic views of professor WANG Mingyue in the treatment of precocious puberty were summarized and expounded.Results professor WANG Mingyue believed that this disease was mainly caused by liver and kidney, deficiency of kidney Yin could not control Yang, hyperactivity of phase fire,deficiency of Yin and flourishing of fire. To nourish kidney Yin, clear liver heat, supplemented by soft liver. Attached are 2 cases of successful medical cases.Conclusion professor WANG Mingyue’s unique views on the disease and its obvious curative effect provide ideas for the treatment of children with precocious puberty.
