羟苯磺酸钙对糖尿病视网膜病变合并白内障患者眼部血流动力学的影响

Effect of Calcium Dobesilate on Ocular Hemodynamics in Diabetic Retinopathy Complicated with Cataract

目的:探究糖尿病视网膜病变合并白内障患者使用羟苯磺酸钙治疗的效果及对血流动力学的影响。方法:将82例糖尿病视网膜病变合并白内障患者117眼。随机分为2组,常规组41例58眼行常规降糖治疗,联合组41例59眼联合羟苯磺酸钙口服治疗,均治疗1年,对比治疗后两组疗效及1月末眼部动脉血流动力学情况。结果:联合组总有效率及眼部中央动脉及睫状后短动脉1月末舒张末期血流速度(End diastolic blood flow velocity,EDV)及收缩期峰值流速(Peak systolic velocity,PSV)水平高于常规组,RI水平低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病视网膜病变合并白内障患者常规降糖治疗的基础上联合羟苯磺酸钙可明显改善其眼底供血动脉血流动力学指标,明显改善患者症状。

Objective: To explore the effect of treatment with calcium hydroxybenzene sulfonate in patients with diabetic retinopathy and cataract and its effect on hemodynamics. Methods: 82 patients with diabetic retinopathy were enrolled in 117 eyes with cataract. They were randomly divided into 2 groups. Forty-one patients in the conventional group were treated with routine hypoglycemic therapy in 41 eyes, and 41 patients in the combined group were treated with calcium hydroxybenzenesulfonate orally for 1 year. The therapeutic effect of the two groups and the ocular artery at the end of January were compared. Hemodynamics. Results: The total effective rate of the combined group and the end diastolic blood flow velocity(EDV) and the peak systolic velocity(PSV) of the central and distal ciliary arteries were higher than those of the conventional apical period. In the group, the RI level was lower than the conventional group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Combined with conventional hypoglycemic therapy in patients with diabetic retinopathy and cataract, combined with calcium hydroxybenzenesulfonate can significantly improve the hemodynamic parameters of the fundus and significantly improve the symptoms of the patient.
