华蟾素胶囊对中晚期癌症患者癌性疼痛的改善作用

Effect of Huachansu Capsule on Pain Improvement in Patients with Advanced Cancerous Cancer Pain

目的:探讨华蟾素胶囊对中晚期癌症癌性疼痛的改善作用。方法:选择200例中晚期癌症癌性疼痛患者为研究对象。随机均分为观察组和对照组。2组患者均进行常规的癌症相关治疗,观察组患者联合应用华蟾素胶囊及吗啡缓释片镇痛治疗,对照组患者则采用吗啡缓释片治疗。治疗1个月后,比较2组患者止痛效果、KPS及临床疗效。结果:观察组患者临床治疗的有效率96.00%,显著高于对照组患者有效率87.00%,2组差异比较有统计学意义。2组患者疼痛评分无差异;观察组KPS评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义。结论:华蟾素胶囊治疗中晚期癌症,疗效显著,能明显减轻患者癌性疼痛,有效提高患者生存质量,值得推广应用。

Objective: To investigate the effect of Huachansu capsule on pain improvement in patients with advanced cancerous cancer pain. Methods: A total of 200 patients with advanced cancerous cancer pain were selected for this study. They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number method. Both groups of patients underwent routine cancer-related treatment. Patients in the observation group were treated with Huachansu Capsule and morphine sustained-release tablets for analgesia. Patients in the control group were treated with morphine sustained-release tablets. After 1 month of treatment, the analgesic effect, KPS and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results: The effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 96.00%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group(87.00%). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant. There was no difference in pain scores between the 2 groups. The KPS score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: Huachansu Capsule is effective in the treatment of advanced cancer, which can significantly reduce the cancer pain of patients and effectively improve the quality of life of patients. It is worthy of widespread application.
