瑶医疏肝健脾化积汤治疗肝郁脾虚型肝癌疗效观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of Yaoyi Shugan Jianpi Huaji Decoction on Liver Depression and Spleen Deficiency Type Liver Cancer

目的:观察瑶医疏肝健脾化积汤治疗肝郁脾虚证中晚期肝癌的临床疗效。方法:选择2016年6月—2018年6月贺州市中医医院肝病脾胃病科住院及门诊患者符合中晚期肝癌辨证为肝郁脾虚证患者48例。随机分为治疗组24例及对照组24例,对照组予常规护肝及对症支持治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础加服疏肝健脾化积汤治疗,观察2组患者有效率、疾病控制率,肝郁脾虚证候评分,生活质量评分改善情况。结果:治疗组疗效及疾病控制率均优于对照组;2组患者肝郁脾虚证候积分及生活质量评分均较治疗前改善,与对照组比较有统计学差异。结论:瑶医疏肝健脾化积汤能提高肝郁脾虚型肝癌患者病情控制率,改善肝郁脾虚症状,提高生活质量,值得深入挖掘并推广应用。

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Yaoshu Shugan Jianpi Huaji decoction in the treatment of advanced liver cancer with liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome. Methods: From June 2016 to June 2018,48 patients with hepatic spleen and stomach disease in Hezhou City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were enrolled in the hospital. They were randomly divided into treatment group(24 cases) and control group(24 cases). The control group received conventional liver protection and symptomatic supportive treatment. The treatment group was treated with Shugan Jianpi Huaji Decoction in the basis of the control group. The effective rate, disease control rate,liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome score, and quality of life score improvement were observed in the two groups. Results: The efficacy and disease control rate of the treatment group were better than those of the control group.The scores of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome and quality of life scores in the two groups were better than those before treatment, and there were statistical differences compared with the control group. Conclusion: Yaoshu Shugan Jianpi Huaji decoction can improve the disease control rate of liver stagnation and spleen-deficiency type liver cancer patients, improve the symptoms of liver stagnation and spleen deficiency, and improve the quality of life. It is worthy of further exploration and popularization.
