侧卧位PFNA内固定配合中药治疗股骨粗隆间骨折疗效观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探索侧卧位置入PFNA配合中药治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法:选取符合标准的32例高龄股骨粗隆间骨折,其中男性9例,女性23例,年龄在60~92岁间,平均77.13岁,采用侧卧位电透下闭合手法复位,微创PFNA内固定,术后配合功能锻炼、分期辨证使用中药等。结果:随访6个月~18个月,平均12个月,平均愈合时间12周。Harris髋关节功能评价:优20例,良8例,可4例。优良率达87.50%。结论:采用侧卧位电透下闭合手法复位,微创置入PFNA治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折,术后配合功能锻炼,分期辨证使用中药,组织损伤小、出血少、手术时间短、固定可靠、能尽快缓解症状、早期下床活动锻炼、并发症及后遗症少、安全、简便、功能恢复、远近期疗效良好,值得在基层医院推广应用。 Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of PFNA combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures. Methods: 32 elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures were selected, including 9 males and 23 females, aged between 60 and 92 years, with an average of 77.13 years. They were treated with lateral recumbent closure and minimally invasive PFNA. Internal fixation, postoperative functional exercise, and phased syndrome differentiation using traditional Chinese medicine. Results: All patients were followed up for 6 months to 18 months with an average of 12 months and an average healing time of 12 weeks. Harris hip function evaluation: excellent in 20 cases, good in 8 cases, and fair in 4 cases. The excellent rate is 87.50%. Conclusion:Closed manipulative reduction with lateral recumbent electroporation, minimally invasive PFNA for the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures in the elderly, combined with functional exercise, differentiated use of traditional Chinese medicine, tissue damage, less bleeding, short operation time, reliable fixation It can relieve symptoms as soon as possible, early exercise, get rid of complications and sequelae, safe, simple, functional recovery, long-term good effect,worthy of promotion and application in primary hospitals.
