陕南地1井是一口利用小口径岩心钻探技术施工的页岩气勘探井,该井钻遇奥陶系、寒武系等中生界地层,地层岩性致密、可钻性差,在钻进过程中遇到很多技术难题。本文对施工过程中的技术难点进行分析,介绍了采取的钻头优选、钻井参数选取、绳索取心等技术措施,对后期小口径岩心钻探井提供参考。

SND-1 Well is a shale gas exploration well constructed by using small caliber core drilling technology. The well drilled met the Ordovician, Cambrian and other Mesozoic strata, the lithology of the stratum is dense and the drillability is poor. There are many technical difficulties encountered in the drilling process. This article analyzes the technical difficulties in the construction process, introduces the technical measures such as the drill bit selection, drilling parameters selection, rope coring, etc., to provide reference for the later small-caliber core drilling.
