Masquelet技术治疗骨缺损的临床效果分析 被引量:12

摘要 目的探讨Masquelet技术治疗骨缺损的可行性及临床疗效。方法回顾性分析自2016-01—2018-06采用Masquelet技术分阶段治疗的12例骨缺损,第一阶段手术主要是进行骨缺损或感染区域彻底清创,保留或更换钢板或髓内钉固定,缺损区填充混有万古霉素的抗生素骨水泥;第一阶段手术后6~12周进行第二阶段手术治疗,清除抗生素骨水泥,取自体髂骨植骨。结果 12例术后均获得随访,随访时间平均13.2(4~24)个月。将骨缺损部出现连续性骨痂视为影像学愈合,骨愈合时间平均6.4(4~10)个月。12例均在第二阶段术后6个月从事上肢体力劳动及患肢负重行走,无明显疼痛不适。末次随访时临床疗效采用Paley等的标准评定:优8例,良4例。结论 Masquelet技术治疗骨缺损缩短了传统方法的治疗周期,效果满意,但其适应证有待进一步基础研究及临床研究总结。
