摘要
英国是全球公认的创新型国家之一,英国大学的创新创业教育极具特色:课程设置既注重理论基础,又兼具实践性;课程师资采取“大学专职教师+企业兼职教师”的模式;教师培训体系完善;教学模式多元化,课堂教学与创业实践相结合等。中国经济正处于从要素驱动向创新驱动转变的关键时期,要求大学切实发挥在创新体系中的动力和源头作用。通过对英国大学创新创业教育的研究与分析,形成对中国大学创新创业教育的若干启示:国家战略层面的机构设置及其到位运作是关键;调动各方力量,促进产学研的融合;设定明确、清晰的人才培养目标;师资遴选与培训科学、系统;课程设计紧密围绕人才培养目标;创新创业服务与支持要到位。
UK is recognized as one of the most innovative countries around the world. The innovation and entrepreneurship education of British universities is distinctive: the curriculum focuses on both theoretical studies and practicality;teachers adopt the model of "university full-time teachers + enterprise part-time teachers";the teacher training system is flexible and systematic;the teaching model is diversified;classroom teaching is combined with entrepreneurial practice, etc. China’s economy is in a critical period of transition from being factor-driven to innovation-driven. Through the research and analysis of the entrepreneurship education system in British universities, it could bring some revelation to the entrepreneurship education of Chinese universities, so that the university can effectively play a role of impetus and headstream in the innovation system, and thereupon China can further implement the innovation-driven strategy.
