面向“互联网+智慧医疗”的区域卫生信息平台研究与设计

Research and Design of the Regional Health Information Platform for "Internet+Intelligent Healthcare"

目的:以“互联网+智慧医疗”思维为导向,加强医疗健康大数据集成应用,打造“医疗与健康同行,以惠民服务为核心”具有浦东特色的智慧医疗体系。方法:充分利用政务云、互联网+、移动通讯等技术,建立区域卫生信息平台。结果:借助浦东政务云为资源,构建了面向“互联网+智慧医疗”的区域平台,实现全区医疗卫生机构的信息互联互通和线上线下便民服务应用。结论:浦东新区面向“互联网+智慧医疗”平台的研究和设计,是信息技术的发展趋势,是信息化建设、使用和运维的模式创新,有利于医疗卫生信息共享及数据公开。

Objective: Strengthen the integration of medical health data, and create a smart medical system with the characteristics of "benefiting the people" in Pudong guided by the idea of "Internet+Intelligent Healthcare". Methods: Make full use of government cloud resources, internet plus and mobile communication technology to build regional health information platform. Results: With Pudong government cloud resources, a regional platform for internet plus smart medical care was constructed to realize the information interoperability and application services of online and offline. Conclusion: The research and design of Pudong New Area's platform for "Internet+Intelligent Healthcare" is the development trend of information technology, the innovation mode of information construction, use and operation and maintenance, and is conducive to the sharing of medical and health information and data disclosure.
