Construction and Design of Regional Clinical Decision Support System for Community Healthcare Center

目的:基于统一的临床知识库体系,为社区家庭医生的医疗服务行为提供同质化的临床信息辅助支持。方法:根据社区卫生服务中心客户端提供的患者相关临床数据,经过分析、判断后返回相应的提醒或临床建议。结果:通过建立对家庭医生医疗服务事件的监测机制,以主动方式提出决策建议,警示性地阻止一些严重后果的发生。结论:系统的应用起到弥补社区家庭医生经验不足、加强诊疗辅助、提升基层卫生服务的管理效率和服务水平等作用。

Objective: Based on the unified clinical knowledge base, system provides homogeneity information support for medical services that community family doctors carry out. Methods: according to the patient related clinical data provided by the community client, after analysis and judgement, the corresponding reminders or clinical recommendations are returned. Results: through the event monitoring mechanism, the system makes decisions for doctors, and forces to prevent some serious consequences. Conclusion: the application of the system can make up for the insufficiency of the experience of community family doctors, strengthen the assistance of diagnosis and treatment, improve the management efficiency and service level of the basic health service.
