主数据管理在医院卫生材料精细化管理中的应用

以上海市一家大型三甲综合性医院的卫生材料精细化管理项目为实例,引入SPD管理模式的理念,建立卫生材料基本信息的主数据,对原有卫生材料管理流程的改造和优化。通过“一物一码”的手段高效和精确地对卫生材料实现精细化的管理。通过主数据管理,加强了医院对卫生材料的管控,强化了相关业务系统的互联,提高了卫生材料相关工作的效率。

Taking the refined management project of hygienic materials of a large Class III Grade I general hospital in Shanghai as an example, this paper introduces the idea of SPD management mode, establishes the master data of basic information of hygienic materials, and transforms and optimizes the original management process of hygienic materials. By means of "One Thing and One Code", the refined management of hygienic materials is realized efficiently and accurately. Through master data management, the hospital strengthens the control of hygienic materials, strengthens the interconnection of relevant business systems, and improves the efficiency of related work of hygienic materials.
