自护情境模块互动演练护理对肿瘤科外周置入中心静脉导管患者自护能力与并发症的影响

Effect of the interactive exercise of the self-care scenario module on the self-care ability and complications of patients with PICC in the department of oncology

目的观察自护情境模块互动演练对肿瘤科外周置入中心静脉导管(Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter,PICC)患者自护能力与并发症的影响。方法选取2017年1~3月于该院肿瘤科化疗并接受PICC置管作为化疗通道的患者84例为研究对象,随机分为对照和实验组,各42例。对照组接受常规PICC置管教育,实验组在此基础上加用自护情境模块互动演练模式干预,对两组患者干预后的各观察指标进行比较。结果实验组肿瘤科PICC患者干预后自护能力评分显著高于对照组同类肿瘤患者,干预后1个月内相关并发症并发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用自护情境模块互动演练模式对肿瘤科PICC置管患者进行护理干预,对于该类患者自护能力的提升及PICC相关并发症发生率的降低均十分有效。

Objective To observe the impact of the interactive exercise of the self-care scenario module on the self-care ability and complications of patients with Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter (PICC) in the oncology department. Methods From January to March 2017, a total of 84 patients who received chemotherapy in the oncology department of the hospital and received PICC catheterization as the chemotherapy channel were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 42 cases of each group.The control group received conventional PICC catheterization education, while the experimental group added the interactive exercise mode of self-nursing situation module to the intervention.The observation indexes of the two groups after intervention were compared. Results After intervention, the self-care ability score of PICC patients in the oncology department of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of similar tumor patients in the control group, and the complication rate in 1 month after intervention was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention for patients with PICC catheterization in the oncology department by using the interactive exercise mode of self-care situation module is very effective for improving self-care ability of such patients and reducing the incidence of related complications.
