多维度心理支持渗透护理在脑肿瘤术后患者情绪与生活质量改善中的应用效果

Application effect of multi-dimensional psychological support infiltration nursing in improving mood and quality of life of postoperative patients with brain tumor

目的观察全方位心理支持渗透护理在脑肿瘤术后患者情绪与生活质量改善中的应用效果。方法选取全方位心理支持渗透护理实施前(2017年1~5月)和实施后(2017年6~10月)收住于该院的脑肿瘤手术患者各37例作为研究对象,实施前后脑肿瘤手术观察患者分设作对照组与实验组。对照组患者接受常规心理护理,实验组患者接受全方位心理支持渗透护理干预。比较两组患者干预后的各观察指标。结果实验组患者干预后HAMD(Hamilton Depression Scale)干预总有效率和QLICP-BN生命质量评分显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论采用全方位心理支持渗透护理对脑肿瘤术后患者实施干预,可显著改善该类患者的负性情绪,提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive psychological support infiltration nursing in improving the mood and quality of life after brain tumor surgery. Methods Brain tumor surgery patients admitted to the hospital before the implementation of comprehensive psychological support infiltration nursing (January to May 2017) and after the implementation (June to October 2017) were selected as the research objects.Before and after the implementation of brain tumor surgery observation patients were divided into control group and experimental group, 37 cases of each group.The control group received routine psychological nursing.The experimental group received comprehensive psychological support infiltration nursing intervention.The observation indexes after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the total effective rate of HAMD(Hamilton Depression Scale) intervention and QLICP-BN life quality score in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive psychological support infiltration nursing intervention for postoperative patients with brain tumor can significantly promote the negative emotions of these patients, improve the quality of life of patients.
