摘要
以鳞片石墨为原料,通过酸氧化法制备氧化石墨烯(GO)。研究了GO的尺寸大小、分布及GO浆料质量浓度对流变性和液晶形态的影响。结果表明:采用500μm鳞片石墨制备GO具有较大片径,平均尺寸为38μm;随着GO质量浓度的增加,GO浆料黏度增大,液晶形态更明显,且为典型的非牛顿流体。GO浆料质量浓度高于10 mg/mL后,PVI值小于0.1。
Graphene oxide (GO) was prepared from flake graphite by chemical oxidation method. The effects of size, distribution and mass concentration of GO slurry on its rheology and liquid crystal morphology were investigated. The results showed that giant GO prepared from 500 μm graphite flakes had giant sheet diameter, which was 38 μm. With the in crease of GO mass concen tration, GO slurry viscosity increased and its morphology of liquid crystal was more obvious, which was a typical non-Newtonian fluid. When the concentration of GO slurry was higher than 10 mg/mL, the PVI value was less than 0.1.
