摘要
为了解干热处理对PHA/真丝交织物中PHA纤维结构、力学性能及染色性能的影响,利用红外光谱仪、X射线衍射仪、紫外可见分光光度计、强力测试仪等对处理前后PHA纤维进行测试。结果表明,经不同热处理温度和时间处理后的PHA纤维化学组分未发生变化,结晶度有所增大,断裂强力随温度的升高、时间的延长而降低,干热处理后织物K/S值均有所下降。
In order to understand the effect of dry heat treatment on the structure, mechanical properties and dyei ng properties of PHA fibers in PHA/silk in terwoven fabrics, the PHA fibers were tested before and after treatment by infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction, ultraviolet-visible spectrophotometer and strength tester. The results showed that the chemical components of PHA fibers treated at different heat treatment temperatures and time did not change, the crystallinity in creased, the breaki ng strength decreased with the increase of temperature and time, and the K/S value of fabrics decreased after dry heat treatment.
