摘要
研究了高浓精炼剂DM-1361在棉织物前处理加工中的应用工艺。分析了H2O3用量、高浓精炼剂DM-1361用量、稳定剂DM-1408用量、NaOH用量、温度、时间等因素对棉织物前处理效果的影响,通过正交实验确定了高浓精炼剂DM-1361在棉织物前处理中的优化工艺:高浓精炼剂DM-1361 0.8 g/L,H2O3 6.0 g/L,稳定剂DM-1408 2.0 g/L,NaOH 2.0 g/L,98℃煮漂55 min。处理后的棉织物毛效达到了10.84 cm/30 min,白度达到了81.2%,断裂强力为287 N,满足产品要求。
The application process of high concentration scouring agent DM-1361 in scouring and bleaching pure cotton fabric was studied. The effects of the concentration of hydrogen peroxide, high concentrationscouring agent DM-1361, stabilizer DM-1408 and caustic soda, temperature and time on the scouring and bleaching performance were analyzed. The optimal alkali-peroxide scouring and bleaching process for pure cotton fabric with high concentration scouring agent DM-1361 was determined by orthogonal experiments: high concentration scouring agent DM-1361 0.8 g/L, hydrogen peroxide 6.0 g/L, stabilizer DM-1408 2.0 g/L, caustic soda 2.0 g/L, scouring and bleaching at 98 ℃ for 55 min. The capillary effect of the treated cotton was10.84 cm/30 min, whiteness was 81.2%, and strength was 287 N. All indexes met the product requirements.
