摘要
针对当前邮政业转型升级速度加快导致我国高素质邮政人才缺乏,人员结构不合理等问题,文章首先结合了新时代背景下厘清邮政目前的发展现状,其次剖析了我国创新型邮政人才的需求现状与特征,探讨人才缺失的原因,最后从政府层面、企业层面和高校层面提出创新型邮政专业人才培养的对策与建议。
In view of transformation and upgrading speed of the postal logistics industry accelerating, China’s highquality skilled logistics talents are lacking, and the personnel structure is unreasonable. Firstly, the development status of postal logistics is clarified. Secondly, under the background of the new era, the status quo and characteristics of the demand for innovative postal logistics talents are dissected, as well as exploring the reasons for the lack of talents. Finally, to promote the postal logistics industry virtuous circle development, countermeasures and suggestions are promoted for talent cultivation of the innovative postal logistics from the aspect of government, enterprise and college level.
