“一带一路”背景下推动我国技术转移转化的路径及对策研究

Research on the path and countermeasure of promoting the transformation of technology transfer in China under the background of the“Belt and Road Initiative”

"一带一路"是创新之路,更是国际科技创新合作之路。"一带一路"倡议使区域经济实现新的增长极。在此背景下,我国技术转移转化面临着新的机遇和巨大的挑战。文章列举并分析了美国、德国、芬兰等国外技术转移转化的优秀案例,从我国技术转移目前存在的主要问题出发,基于政策法律、专业机构、复合型人才等3方面因素得出了新的对策,为推动我国技术转移发展提供了理论参考。

"Belt and Road Initiative"is the road of innovation,but also the way of international cooperation in scientific and technological innovation.The"Belt and Road Initiative"enables the regional economy to achieve a new growth pole.In this context,China's technology transfer and transformation is facing new opportunities and huge challenges.The paper analyzes the excellent cases of foreign technology transfer and transformation in the United States,Germany and Finland.Starting from the main problems existing in China's technology transfer,the new countermeasures have been obtained based on the three factors: policy laws,professional institutions and compound talents,which provides a theoretical reference for China's technology transfer.
