摘要 船闸PLC属于船闸自动化控制系统中最为核心的组成部分,如果船闸PLC电气系统出现故障,将直接影响船闸机电设备的正常运行,从而造成船闸停航、船舶断航。因此,文章认为船闸PLC电气系统实际运行的过程应全面了解实际情况及分析故障原因,采用合理的方式进行维护,充分发挥相关维护技术的积极作用,保证船闸PLC电气系统的合理运行与控制符合要求,为其后续发展夯实基础。 As the most core component of lock automation control system,if the lock PLC electrical system fails,it will directly affect the normal operation of lock electrical equipment,resulting in lock suspension and ship disconnection. Therefore,in the actual operation of the ship lock PLC electrical system,we should fully understand the actual situation and analyze the cause of the failure,adopt reasonable maintenance methods and give full play to the positive role of relevant maintenance technologies.What's more,we should ensure that the reasonable operation and control of the ship lock PLC electrical system meets the requirements,and lays a solid foundation for the subsequent development.
