“一带一路”背景下高职生境外就业问题与对策

Problems and countermeasures for overseas employment higher vocational students’ under the background of the“Belt and Road Initiative”

"一带一路"战略背景下,高职留学生数量急剧增加,2018年国际贸易摩擦加剧,我国人力资源全球流动加速,高职院校要服务我国产业"走出去"战略,构建毕业生境外就业指导与服务长效机制,参与共建人类命运共同体构想。文章基于商务部2013-2017年公布数据、部分高职院校近3年教育质量年报及师生访谈,分析出来华高职留学生离境就业后指导暂时缺失、中国籍高职生出境就业学校重视不够、语言关难过、视野局限等共性问题。高职院校应从办学机制国际化、师生构成国际化、课程设计国际化、校政企合作国际化及就业观念国际化等五个方面着手开展工作,培养一批知华爱华的高素质技术技能型人才。

Under the background of the"Belt and Road Initiative",the number of vocational study aboard is increasing greatly.In 2018,the deepening international trade frictions has accelerated labor mobility globally in China,for which higher vocational colleges need to serve for the"going out strategy"of China's industry,setting up a long- term mechanism of graduate employment guidance in an am to co-build a community of shared future for mankind.On the basis of 2013-2017 Statistics released by the Ministry of Commerce,along with the annual report of some colleges in the past three years,and interviews with teachers and students,this article analyzes some common problems such as temporary loss of employment guidance,lack of attention to students'employment abroad,language barriers and limited visions,etc.Higher vocational colleges should focus on the five aspects of internationalization in terms of schoolrunning mechanism,composition of teachers and students,curriculum design,employment concept as well as cooperation among school,government and enterprises,so as to cultivate a great number of the skilled talents who know and love China.
