河北龙源风力发电有限公司普发风电场装设33台GE1.5Sle机组,机组投产至今已达9年,现如今机组频繁报出变桨闸流管故障,该故障占总故障的70%,经过研究分析是由于变桨电机轴承达到使用寿命而损坏,导致变桨电机转子轴运行时存在径向摆动,变桨电机编码器转子部分固定在电机转子轴上,随着电机转子轴一起径向摆动,而电机编码器转子部分与定子部分间隙很小,使变桨电机编码器转子部分碰触到定子部分,编码器转子磨损,叶片角度测量不准确,引发变桨闸流管故障发生。
Hebei Pufa Wind Farm has installed 33 GE1.5sle turbines, which have been put into operation for 9 years. Nowadays, the turbines frequently report the fault of the pitch thyristor, which accounts for 70% of the total fault. After research and analysis, the rotor shaft of the pitch motor is damaged due to the service life of the bearing of the variable-pitch motor, resulting in the existence of radial swing when the rotor shaft of the variablepitch motor runs. The rotor part of the encoder is fixed on the rotor shaft of the motor. The rotor part of the encoder swings with the rotor shaft of the motor. The gap between the rotor part and the stator part of the encoder is very small, which makes the rotor part of the encoder touch the stator part. The encoder rotor wears out and the blade angle measurement is inaccurate, which causes the the pitch thyristor fault.
