摘要 当代大学生对父母、学校的依赖和缺乏社会历练的现象越来越严重,而用人单位对员工的要求却日益提高,导致二者的矛盾日趋明显。为了缓解这一矛盾,以《酿造酒工艺学》为试点课程,通过课堂设置的实践环节和企业的见习,利用多种方式对学生进行精细化操作的训练,培养在校大学生的"工匠精神",培养学生的敬业、创新精神和对产品品质追求完美、精益求精的态度,为学生走出校园能够快速适应社会需要,未来成为食品行业高层次的技能人才奠定基础。 Contemporary college students depend more on their parents and schools and lack of social experience while employers demand more on their employees. The contradiction is becoming even more obvious and serious. With the purpose to alleviate this contradiction, the students are trained in various ways to carry out meticulous operation through the practice in the classroom and the internship of enterprises with Liquor Brewery Technology as a pilot course. These actions will cultivate the "craftsman spirit", dedication, innovation spirit and the pursuit of perfection for product quality of college students, laying a solid foundation for students to adapt to social needs quickly after graduation and become high-level skilled talents in the food industry in the future.
