摘要
为了解决当前中小学一流师资队伍建设的瓶颈问题,通过名师工作室建设和发展实践,探索出激发名师成长内在动机的路径是跨界引领和问道唤醒。跨界让名师超越自我局限,问道让名师的成长走向自觉,让师资队伍建设从培训走向研修再走向自我修炼。
The present research studies the establishment and practice of a Master-teachers Center in order to solve the bottleneck problem of developing the first-class teaches in primary and secondary schools. It finds the possible paths of motivating the inner-driven development of Master Teachers such as guiding the teachers to cross the disciplinary, geographical and learning stage borders, to inquire and be self-wakening. Crossing those borders enables the teachers to go beyond their own limitation, and inquiring empowers the teachers with their self-development, which shift the teacher training into teacher education and into teacher development.
