摘要
随着教育改革的深化,新教师的专业成长逐渐成为教育行政部门和众多学者关注的焦点话题之一。试用期是新教师成长的一个关键时期,实施新教师试用期规范化培训,是教师职前培养和职后培训有机衔接的重要环节,是新教师成长为合格教师的重要阶梯。紧密围绕素质能力提升这一关键要素,完善管理制度,优化课程设置,创新培训模式,使新教师尽快胜任教育教学工作,为今后专业发展奠定坚实基础。
Probationary period is a key period for the growth of new teachers. The implementation of standardized training for new teachers during probationary period is an important link between pre-service training and post-service training, and an important step for new teachers to grow into qualified teachers. In order to make the new teachers competent in education and teaching as soon as possible and lay a solid foundation for the future professional development, we should improve the management system, optimize the curriculum, innovate the training mode and make the new teachers competent for education and teaching as soon as possible.
