我国警察伦理教育研究初探

A Preliminary Study on Police Ethics Education in China

警察伦理应随时空及我国社会的变迁而有新的诠释,同时因为警察工作有别于一般公务人员,因此,有其特有的伦理。警察伦理,可分为组织内部的工作伦理与对外执法伦理两类,伦理的难以抉择,需要指出我国警察精神与人格教育的不足之处,再从现代工作伦理发展与转变的过程中,初探我国警察伦理教学与研究的方向。

Police ethics should be newly interpreted with time and space and changes in Chinese society. At the same time, because the police work has its particularity, and different from the general public servants, it has its own unique ethics. The connotation of police ethics can be divided into two categories: internal work ethics within the police organization and law enforcement ethics at the time of external law enforcement. The irrationality of ethics requires a general overview of police ethics, pointing out the inadequacies of police spirit and personality education in China;From the new trend of the development and transformation of modern work ethics, the direction of police ethics teaching and research in China is explored.
