根据交通运输行业智能化发展形势,分析交通运输专业的人才需求;面向汽车与交通工程学院的交通运输专业,以社会需求能力为导向,对开设同专业的高校情况、专业的社会需求能力情况和学生自身情况进行调查和分析,搭建三级交通运输专业人才培养调研体系,也可为其他专业的人才培养提供参考。

According to the development situation of transportation industry intellectualization, this paper analyses the demand for talents of transportation specialty;facing the transportation specialty of Automobile and Transportation Engineering College, with the guidance of social demand ability, it investigates and analyses the situation of colleges and universities offering the same specialty, the social demand ability of specialty and the situation of students themselves, and establishes a three-level transportation specialty personnel training and research system. It can also provide reference for the training of talents in othermajors.
