医疗机构对高职护理现代学徒制人才培养认知及人才能力需求分析研究

Medical Institutions to the Modern Apprenticeship System of Higher Vocational Nursing Personnel Training Cognition and Talent Ability Needs Analysis

目的:为准确把握行业的人才需求现状,培养适应现代社会需求的护理专业人才,提升人才培养质量。方法:通过对不同层次、不同性质医疗及相关机构对现代学徒制人才培养模式的认知及对高职护理专业人才岗位知识、能力、素质需求状况进行全面调研。结果:通过对调研结果的整理、分析,对现代学徒制人才培养的知晓度为88.89%(64/72);在高职护理专业开展现代学徒制人才培养的必要性上,有94.45%(68/72)认为有必要和非常有必要开展;对高职护理专业学生职业能力需求上,护理专业知识、护理专业基础知识及优质护理服务理念是最应掌握的专业知识,在专项能力上,实际操作能力、无菌观念、表达能力、正确执行医嘱能力最重要,良好的职业道德、人际沟通、慎独精神、法律法规意识是最重要的特质。结论:推进以服务对象需求、就业为导向,对接医疗卫生行业、健康服务产业,根据卫生健康行业需求、职业教育功能,创新采用现代学徒制人才培养模式,为高职护理专业人才培养改革实践提供参考依据。

Objective In order to accurately grasp the current situation of talent demand in the industry, cultivate nursing professionals who meet the needs of modern society, and improve the quality of personnel training. Methods Through the cognition of the modern apprenticeship personnel training mode of different levels, different nature medical and related institutions and the comprehensive investigation of the post knowledge, ability and quality requirements of vocational nursing professionals. Results Through the collation and analysis of the survey results, 88.89%(64/72) of the knowledge of modern apprenticeship talents training were obtained. In terms of the necessity of modern apprenticeship training of nursing professionals in higher vocational colleges, 94.45%(68/72) believe that it is necessary and very necessary;on the demand for higher vocational nursing students professional ability, nursing professional knowledge, basic specialized knowledge and high quality nursing service concept is the most should grasp professional knowledge, on the special ability, practical ability, aseptic concept, expression ability, ability to execute orders is the most important right, good professional ethics, interpersonal communication, self-supervision spirit, consciousness of laws and regulations is one of the most important characteristics. Conclusion It is to promote that demand and employment of the service object, tomate themedical health industry, health service industry, according to the requirement of the health industry, the occupational education function, to innovate the cultivation mode of the modern apprenticeship system, to provide the reference for the professional talent training reform practice in higher vocational colleges.
