摘要
教师顺利地开展各项教学活动需要一份好的教学设计,对小学生数学学习的效果也有重要的影响作用。然而,当前很多小学数学老师在教学设计的过程中还存在一些问题,特别是一些新任职的教师。本文将主要对一些问题提出建议,使教师获得改进的方向和方法。
Teachers need a good teaching design to carry out all kinds of teaching activities smoothly, which also has an important influence on the effect of pupils' mathematics learning. However, there are still some problems in the process of teaching design for many primary school mathematics teachers, especially some new teachers. This paper will mainly put forward some suggestions for teachers to improve the direction and methods.
