摘要 心理健康一直是人们关注的焦点,中西方文化不同,处于两种不同文化背景下的人所产生心理问题的根源也不相同。高校青年大学生作为国家后备力量肩负着实现民族复兴的重担,而他们的心理发展还尚未成熟,易受到消极信息的影响,造成心理落差,继而导致心理问题的出现,由此,高校心理健康教育就变得格外重要。我国古代虽无心理健康这一概念,但在中国传统文化中无不体现着其思想,加之,近年对传统文化的弘扬,充分挖掘中国传统文化中蕴涵的心理健康观,使其与心理健康教育相结合,不仅利于传统文化的传承与发展,同时也利于当代高校大学生心理健康教育工作的开展与实施。 Mental health has always been the focus of people's attention. Chinese andWestern cultures are different, and people in two different cultural backgrounds have different causes of psychological problems. As a national reserve force, young college students shoulder the burden of national rejuvenation, and their psychological development is still immature, vulnerable to negative information, resulting in psychological gap, and then lead to the emergence of psychological problems. Therefore, psychological health education in Colleges and universities becomes particularly important. Although there is no concept of mental health in ancient China, it embodies its thoughts in traditional Chinese culture. In addition, in recent years, the promotion of traditional culture, fully tapping the concept of mental health contained in traditional Chinese culture, and combining it with mental health education, are not only conducive to the inheritance and development of traditional culture, but also conducive to the development and implementation of mental health education of contemporary college students.
