高校管理人员在学校各项事业建设和发展中起着沟通上下,联系左右的纽带作用。在完善和创新发展学生教育培养工作中,管理人员做出了出色的贡献。在"双一流"建设和内涵式发展的新背景下,高校的学生教育培养工作面临着新的发展机遇和挑战。本文就高校管理人员对大学生的培养教育导向影响提出一些思考。

University administrators play an important role in the construction and development of various undertakings of the university. In the cultivation of education for improving and innovating the development of students, the management made an outstanding contribution. Under the new background of "double first-class" construction and connotative development, education and cultivation of college students are facing new development opportunities and challenges. This paper puts forward some thoughts on the influence of university administrators on the education cultivation orientation of college students.
