A Study on the Evaluation System on Railway Freight Service Quality

为提升铁路货运服务质量整体水平,在分析我国铁路货运服务质量评价指标体系发展现状及存在问题的基础上,明确确立铁路企业的市场主体地位、注重产品整体效益、体现经营效益最大化、提高营销业务评价力度的铁路货运评价指标体系构建目的,依据目的性原则、全面性原则、系统性原则、可操作性原则,从外部市场、生产组织、经营效果等多个方面,运用菜单式框架结构搭建铁路货运服务质量评价指标体系,以提升铁路货运的市场竞争力。

To improve the quality of railway freight service in general, based on an overview of China's railway freight service quality evaluation system focusing on its problems, this paper has proposed the objectives of the system: treating rail companies as main market players, attaching importance to the overall efficiency, highlighting the principle of maximizing benefits and increasing the significance of marketing operation evaluation. In line with the comprehensive, goal-directed, systematic and operational principles, to increase railway's competitiveness, this paper has proposed an evaluation system, a menu framework from the aspects of the external market, production organization and operation performance.
