重载化背景下铁路货车最佳经济年限分析研究

A Study on the Optimal Economic Life of Railway Heavy-haul Wagons

为了提升重载运输技术装备水平,需要对铁路货车资产进行有效的管理。以铁路重载化发展为背景,在概述铁路货车保有量现状及车种结构的基础上,对铁路货车成本因素和收入因素进行分析,进而从同一货车车型使用时的最佳经济年限,以及不同货车车型替换的最佳经济年限2个维度,对铁路货车的最佳经济年限加以分析,确定报废旧车、替换新车时间,筛选典型车种车型进行案例分析,为评价不同车种车型经济年限分析提供研究论据。

Effective management of railway freight assets is necessary to improve the technology and equipment of heavy-haul transportation. With the trend of heavy-haul transportation by railway, based on an overview of the inventory and vehicle composition of the railway wagons, this paper has studied the costs and revenues. To determine when to replace discarded vehicles with new ones, this paper has put forward a method to calculate the optimal economic life for two cases: using the same type of vehicles continuously and using different types of vehicles alternatively. To provide research evidence to evaluate the estimated economic life for different types of vehicles, this paper has also carried out case studies on the selected typical vehicle types.
