高校女生宿舍人际交往与主观幸福感现状及关系研究

Investigation on the Status Quo and Association Between Interpersonal Relationship of College Female Dormitory and Subjective Well-being

本研究旨在探讨高校女生宿舍人际交往现状、主观幸福感现状及二者之间的关系。采用分层抽样和随机抽样相结合的方法抽取山东省潍坊市某高校200名在校全日制女生作为样本,再运用《大学生宿舍人际关系质量调查问卷》、《总体幸福感量表》对该高校当前女生宿舍人际关系和主观幸福感现状进行调查。研究结果表明高校女生的宿舍人际交往现状得分高于全国常模(t=8.86,p<0.01),仅大学新生和三年级之间存在统计学意义上地显著性差异(t=2.803,p<0.01);高校女生的主观幸福感得分高于全国常模(t=60.94,p<0.01)。高校女生的宿舍人际交往现状总得分可以正向预测其主观幸福感总得分(r=0.504,p<0.01)。舍友之间和谐的交往有益于高校女生体验到较高水平的主观幸福感。

The current study aims to examine college females dormitory interpersonal status, status of subjective well-being and the associations between them. Using stratified sampling and random sampling, recruited 200 full-time college females as participants in a University of Shandong province, then use the college students dormitory interpersonal quality questionnaire, General WellBeing Schedule Chinese version. We found that college female students dormitory interpersonal score in my research is higher than the national norm(t=8.86, p<0.01), and specifically, there is significant difference between only the freshmen and the third grade(t=2.803, p<0.01);participants’ scores of subjective well-being is also higher than the national norm(t=60.94, p<0.01). College female students dormitory interpersonal status can positively predict the subjective Well-Being(r=0.504, p<0.01). The harmonious interaction among roommates is beneficial for college females to experience a higher level of subjective well-being.
