程体系建设中,通识教育课程要完成立德树人的任务,同时要围绕社会需求为导向开设相关课程、规划课程内容和教学方式;专业教育课程体系构建时,分四个层次模块进行构建,依次为能力标准、专业课、专业基础课和公共基础课,以能力标准为中心,下层支撑上一层。
