摘要
为了提升公共卫生专业教师的教学综合能力,了解教师对教学能力培训需求状况,从而制定更科学有效的培训模式。采用问卷调研,专家访谈等定性与定量相结合,调研50名公共卫生骨干教师以及5位专家。此次被调研者年龄结构以中青年为主,中级职称为主,培训内容,被调研者也有一定的需求,主要包括教学技能技巧的提升、教学方法的拓展与应用、教学新技术的拓展与应用、教学改革与创新能力、演讲口才与教案制作等。公卫教师综合能力需在教师的迫切需求下选择培训内容,设计培训方案,从而能更有效地提升公共卫生骨干教师的教学综合能力。
In order to improve the comprehensive teaching ability of public health teachers and understand the needs of teachers for teaching ability training, a more scientific and effective training model is formulated. Fifty key public health teachers and five experts were surveyed by combining qualitative and quantitative methods, such as questionnaire survey and expert interviews. The age structure of the respondents is mainly young and middle-aged, with intermediate titles as the main task and training content. The respondents also have certain needs, including the improvement of teaching skills and skills, the expansion and application of teaching methods, the expansion and application of new teaching technologies, the teaching reformand innovation ability, speech eloquence and program making, etc. The comprehensive abilities of public health teachers need to select training contents and design training programs under the urgent needs of teachers, so as to enhance the teaching comprehensive abilities of key public health teachers more effectively.
