新媒体为思政教育带来的机遇与挑战并存。为促进思政教育的发展,在新媒体环境下,可以从一个崭新的角度,通过英语教学与思政教育的跨学科融合,以一种全新的教学理念实现学科双赢。因此,探索英语教学在新媒体环境下高校思政教育中的作用,是一个具有重要研究意义的新课题。为此,本文从新媒体环境下思政教育的特点入手,继而深入探析了新媒体环境下思政教育面临的一些问题,最后梳理了一些有效途径,以期英语教学在新媒体环境下发挥思政教育的作用。

The opportunities and challenges brought by new media for ideological and political education coexist. In order to promote the development of Ideological and political education, in the new media environment, we can achieve a win-win situation by integrating English teaching with ideological and political education from a brand-new perspective and using a brandnew teaching concept. Therefore, exploring the role of English teaching in Ideological and political education in Colleges and Universities under the new media environment is a new subject of great research significance. Therefore, this paper starts with the characteristics of Ideological and political education under the new media environment, then deeply explores some problems faced by ideological and Political Education under the new media environment, and finally combs out some effective ways to play the role of Ideological and political education in English teaching under the new media environment.
