摘要
自我效能感是影响学生成长的重要动力性心理因素。针对中职生普遍存在的自我效能感不足和自我接纳程度较低的特点,研究者开发了一套提升自我效能感的舞台秀项目训练方案。本研究通过设置平行班实施舞台秀项目训练的教学实践,实验班进行为期15周,每周1次,每次90分钟的舞台秀项目训练,对照组不作任何训练。结果表明,舞台秀项目训练能够显著提升中职生的自我效能感。
Self-efficacy is an important psychological factor that affects the growth of students. In view of the low self-efficacy and low self-acceptance of middle school students, the researchers developed a training scheme for stage show projects to enhance self-efficacy. In this study, the teaching practice of stage show training was carried out by setting up parallel classes. The experimental classes were conducted for a period of 15 weeks, once a week, and each time for 90 minutes of stage show project training. The control group did not perform any training. The results show that stage show training can significantly enhance the self-efficacy of middle school students.
