斯坦福大学创新创业教育对国内高校的启示 被引量:2

摘要 高质量、高水平创新创业人才队伍建设是我国实施创新驱动发展战略、建设创新型国家的根本保障。国内高校创新创业教育起步较晚,仍存在培养模式单一、创业成果转化困难等突出问题。本文通过调研美国斯坦福大学创新创业人才培养的成功经验,并结合西南石油大学目前创新创业人才的培养举措,对石油类院校创新创业人才培养模式进行了探讨,对国内高校创新创业教育改革提供一定的指导与建议。 The construction of high-quality, high-level innovative and entrepreneurial talents are the fundamental guarantee to implement innovation-driven development strategy and build an innovative country for China. Innovative entrepreneurship education in domestic universities started late, and there are still some problems such as single training mode, difficulty in transforming entrepreneurial achievements and so on. This paper investigates the successful experience of the cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in Stanford University in the United States, and discusses the cultivation model of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in petroleum universities based on the current training measures of Southwest Petroleum University. It provides some guidance and suggestions for the reform of education in universities in China.
