Research on the Management Model of Professional Practice in Local Universities under the New Situation

专业实习作为地方高校课程教学的重要内容,贯穿于学生学习实践的各个阶段。当前地方文科、理工科专业都会根据学生的学习情况,以及社会对人才选用的基本要求,进行实习项目、实践教学内容的选择,以增强学生的知识应用能力与实践能力。本文主要探讨新的社会发展形势下,地方高校专业实习课程、实习管理的开展方式,通过对专业实习教学、实习管理方式的改革,能够有效提高学生专业实习的质量。

Professional internship is an important part of local college curriculum teaching, which runs through all stages of student learning and practice. At present, local liberal arts and science and engineering majors will select the internship program and practical teaching content according to the students' learning situation and the basic requirements of the society for talent selection, in order to enhance students' knowledge application ability and practical ability. This paper mainly discusses the developme nt of professional internship courses and internship management in local colleges and universities under the new social development situation. Through the reform of professional internship teaching and internship management methods, the quality of professional internships can be effectively improved.
