用于智能交通系统的夜间车流量统计

摘要 智能交通系统是一种充分利用交通基础设施,实现交通环保节能,提升交通服务水平的手段。建立智能交通系统,能有效规划城市道路,抑制交通事故的发生。交通监控应在不同的环境、天气和照明条件下正常有效地工作。在晚上,许多中小城市的照明条件不是很好。本文主要针对夜间的车流量统计,根据上述特征对视频序列图像进行阈值处理,然后,通过形态分析,可以提取灯光走廊,最后根据前灯之间的一定距离分离车灯对,将其用作移动目标并通过计算得到交通流量。 Intelligent Transportation System(ITS) is a means of making full use of transportation infrastructure, realizing environmental protection and energy saving, and improving the level of transportation services. The establishment of intelligent transportation system can effectively plan urban roads and restrain traffic accidents. Traffic monitoring should work normally and effectively under different environment, weather and lighting conditions. In the evening, the lighting conditions in many small and medium-sized cities are not very good. In this paper, according to the traffic statistics at night, the video sequence image is threshold processed according to the above characteristics. Then, through morphological analysis, the light corridor can be extracted. Finally, according to a certain distance between headlights, the pair of headlights can be separated and used as moving targets and traffic flow can be calculated.
